Kelly knows her stuff! She knows Buildium inside and out. She even has great property manager advice. The best was when she talked to my challenging tenant who swears she's current. I haven't gotten anywhere with that tenant for years and Kelly did. Kelly streamlined my accounting process. I'm not good with the owner reports but Kelly is. The owners could even talk with owners and tenants about their statements.
